Appointments
Online bookings reserve the chair for the time and service selected. You'll receive a confirmation email with calendar links; I'm notified instantly and will confirm your booking shortly.
Cancellations & lateness
Life happens — if you can't make it, please let me know as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened or rebooked out of fairness to the next client.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. Payment is taken in the studio by card or cash at the end of your appointment — nothing is charged online.
Reminders & notifications
With your permission, appointment reminders are sent 24 hours and 2 hours before your slot by push notification and/or email. Studio announcements may occasionally be sent to subscribers. You can opt out at any time in your browser settings.
Liability
Every reasonable care is taken with every service. Please tell me about any skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities before we begin, so products and techniques can be adjusted for you.
